We had such a beautiful reunion doing in-person constellations last month, that we are going to do it again!
We were born to live the good life, but traumas and life experiences and everyday stressors can impede that. If that isn’t enough, we also take on trans-generational trauma and all of this can keep us stuck in a holding pattern. This is what FCT strives to help alleviate, especially during these trying times of war and plague.
Join us for a day of healing. Each person will receive healing in an experiential and energetic way, but we will only have time to set up 4 family systems. If we have time, I would love to set up some healing for Russia and Ukraine! Come receive a constellation ($175 and limited to 4 participants) or come as a representative! Spring into Life Constellations, May 1, 2022
Join us for the first in-person constellations in NYC since covid! I’ve been doing virtual, and I did in-person in Florida, but it has been years since NYC! DON’T MISS OUT!
We were born to live the good life, but traumas and life experiences and everyday stressors can impede that. If that isn’t enough, we also take on trans-generational trauma and all of this can keep us stuck in a holding pattern. Authentic Power Healing Constellations, November 11, 2018
With everything going on in the world right now, politically and otherwise, the abuse of power has been hi-lighted. Midterm elections are right around the corner!
There are those that have been oppressed and suppressed, collectively and individually. There are those who feel they have a false sense of power and who abuse it. There are those who had their power taken away and then they turn to others and steal their power. There are those who lose their power and never recover it and stay powerless.
Power, if authentic, is amazing and can co-create miracles and manifestation beyond imagination. Power that is abused or has been taken can create a stagnant and difficult life.
Have you been triggered with the #metoo movement, Kavanaugh, Trump and other events happening and you don’t really know what to do with it?
Come explore power and stand in it authentically. Right size it. Take back what is yours and give back what is not.
Join us for an evening of 3 full constellations (you can work on whatever you want) and 2 hours of mini-experiential constellations regarding power, so that it can work for you, not against you.
Part of the workshop will be driven by the intentions of the group members, however, in the 2-hour mini constellation portion, we will exploring our relationship to power, and stepping into our authentic power, and taking back power that has been taken from us, and handing back power that we have wrongfully taken.
This group is limited to 6 individuals only. Three individuals will receive full constellations (on your topic of choice) and then for the rest of duration, the mini power constellations. Three individuals will be representatives for the first 3 constellations and then receive healings with the mini constellations.

We won’t be doing individual constellations, but rather a series of short constellations, to do some healing with dad. Note: you do not have to have a rainbows and butterflies relationship with dad to do some healing and he may even already be on the other side. We are healing dynamics between the pair of you that are limiting your life on many levels. Everyone will receive lots of healing and work on lots of daddy dynamics!

For the Constellation portion/s:
From a Family Constellation perspective, there is a lot of patterning and programing that gets passed down transgenerationally that we will address. Please note, we will not be doing individual constellations in this workshop, but rather focus on healing some dynamics that are contributing to your relationship woes. Some of these dynamics will include: healing with the parents, healing past relationships, healing the inner child, breaking past vulnerability, Standing in our power, etc. We will keep going with dynamics until we run out of time.
For the hypnosis portion:
Rachel will utilize a powerful group hypnosis to remove any subconscious blocks to love. Hypnosis, which is meditation with a goal attached, is capable of reaching deep below our conscious thoughts to release anything that is holding you back from extraordinary love.
The hypnosis session will be followed by group coaching to work through what arose.
Rachel DeAlto is a relationship expert, coach, hypnotherapist, and is most well known for her role as an expert on Lifetime’s hit show Married at First Sight. Rachel believes that hypnosis has an unparalleled ability to shift limiting beliefs and remove blocks in nearly every situation, especially in regard to relationships. This is an extraordinary and rare opportunity to work with a celebrity coach/TV personality who is famous for helping people find love!

Lunch/Reiki/Tarot:
We will have a 2-hour block in the middle of the day to eat lunch (feel free to bring or step out and grab something and come back), process, take a walk, etc.
However, in that 2-hour time frame, you will be scheduled a 20-min tarot reading with Eric Garside (Soul Camp tarot reader) who is known for his precision and accuracy. He may not tell you what you want to hear, but he’ll tell you what you NEED to hear. You will also receive a 20-min reiki session with me (Reiki Master) and I will focus on the chakras and areas of your body that may be blocking love. Again, two awesome opportunities as I rarely do reiki anymore and Eric rarely does public appearances, but is so talented, he created his own tarot deck and symbolism!
All in all, you will be exhausted after Saturday, which is why I purposely made it on a Sat, so that you can hopefully process on Sunday before going back to work!
This day will be healing on so many different levels and is only limited to the first 6 people who sign up!

The Body insanity that women have been driven to is destroying lives. It is such an obsession and discontentment, that it is disabling women from thriving, much less living. It is time for a revolution. This cannot go on. As a sufferer from a serious eating disorder myself, for almost half of my life, I am no stranger to the torment and limitations an eating disorder brings. I had bulimia for 15 years from the tender age of 12 up until the age of 27. I spent half my life hating my body and therefore missing out on major things. Now, being 33, I have finally been able to celebrate the fact that my eating disorder now makes up for less than half my life and no longer has to define me, rule me, and govern my body and therefore my sexuality, career, and relationships with self, others, and food.
One of the most instrumental tools in healing my eating disorder was Family Constellation Therapy. This therapy, which led to my success and consequently, the success of others, is so powerful because it gets to the root of the issue, which is most of the time hidden. It exists as hidden loyalties within the ancestry that need to be unearthed. You could be like me, someone who considered themselves awake, aware and spiritual. You can do all the detective work, rationalizing, and forgiving, but if the dynamic driving you to this behaviour is hidden, you will continue to struggle and beat yourself up for “knowing better” but continuing to abuse yourself.
You don’t have to live this way any longer. It is our birthright to live abundantly and free from body issues. This body is the temple that houses our soul, and should be treated as such. It is time to be you and your body’s advocate and unearth the truth, because as we all know, it is not about the food…it is so much deeper than that! .

The Body insanity that women have been driven to is destroying lives. It is such an obsession and discontentment, that it is disabling women from thriving, much less living. It is time for a revolution. This cannot go on. As a sufferer from a serious eating disorder myself, for almost half of my life, I am no stranger to the torment and limitations an eating disorder brings. I had bulimia for 15 years from the tender age of 12 up until the age of 27. I spent half my life hating my body and therefore missing out on major things. Now, being 32, I have finally been able to celebrate the fact that my eating disorder now makes up for less than half my life and no longer has to define me, rule me, and govern my body and therefore my sexuality, career, and relationships with self, others, and food.
One of the most instrumental tools in healing my eating disorder was Family Constellation Therapy. This therapy, which led to my success and consequently, the success of others, is so powerful because it gets to the root of the issue, which is most of the time hidden. It exists as hidden loyalties within the ancestry that need to be unearthed. You could be like me, someone who considered themselves awake, aware and spiritual. You can do all the detective work, rationalizing, and forgiving, but if the dynamic driving you to this behaviour is hidden, you will continue to struggle and beat yourself up for “knowing better” but continuing to abuse yourself.
You don’t have to live this way any longer. It is our birthright to live abundantly and free from body issues. This body is the temple that houses our soul, and should be treated as such. It is time to be you and your body’s advocate and unearth the truth.

You will stay at a gorgeous, new 9,000 Sq Ft Mission Revival mansion on 1/2 acre is a local oasis that will make you feel like you are in Central America, but without the pricetag and lengthy travel (pics here). In fact, the estate is only ½ hour from NYC via public transport.
- Pick up from path or bus to the home-If you have a car, great! It is a fast and easy commute from NYC or other parts of Jersey. No wheels, no problem. We’ll pick you up from the path or local bus stop.
- Meals–A retreat provides an opportunity to retire the apron, dish washing hands, or perhaps take-out menus, for us New Yorkers. All meals will be made healthfully and with love. - Healing-This workshop will provide 11 hours of Family Constellation Therapy. This therapy is like 10 +years on the couch trying to make sense of your life, all in a short, power-packed session. - Three 1 hour movement classes–This Mind, Body, Soul Retreat/boot camp/slumber party/lovefest, wouldn’t be complete without movement classes!
