Workshops are a very effective, powerful and economical way to
work with me.
I host regular monthly workshops (click here for calendar of events), so there is sure to be time and space for everyone.
Most workshops are group Family Constellation and Systemic Sessions.
This is NOT your typical group work. We do not sit around and hash over our problems. I spend a very short amount of time hearing the issue (not your story) and the rest is intense work. This group work is so successful because we, as humans, come from the same source, and therefore, the same foundational “issues”. Every single person who comes to the group receives healing, whether you were the client, a participant, an observer, or all of the above. At times I do targeted groups (ie. Work on money, health, relationships, etc) and other times, I hold general groups.
Group sizes range from 6-15 participants, but as I mentioned above, everyone gets some golden nuggets out of it.
Other workshops might be more centered on bodywork and physical healing through Reiki, Chakras, and the Meridians. Check my events calendar regularly to check out what’s happening!
What is Family Constellation Therapy in a Nut Shell?
There are no words to adequately describe this work and to give it justice. It is an experiential and phenomenological form of therapy, so it is best just to experience it first hand.
This type of “therapy” has existed for thousands of years among the Zulu and other tribes. Bert Hellinger took the principles and turned it into a systemized therapy.
It exists and functions based on certain Universal Orders of Love and the notion that everyone has their place and the need to belong.
It is a beautifully compassionate therapy that does not blame and point the finger, but rather re-orders where love and good intentions went awry.
